Refund & Cancellation Policy

Private driver (airport transfers and day trips)

When you request a ride, your card is authorised but not charged. You are charged only once your booking is confirmed.

• If we can’t take your booking, the authorisation is released in full and you are not charged.
• Cancel 48 hours or more before pickup: full refund.
• Cancel between 24 and 48 hours before pickup: 50% refund.
• Cancel less than 24 hours before pickup, or no-show: no refund.
• If we have to cancel for any reason, you receive a full refund.

Where to Stay in Bangkok

• Full refund if you cancel before we start preparing your advice.
• Once your advice has been delivered it can’t be refunded, but revisions are included as described in your plan.

How to cancel

Email theinsiderguideth@gmail.com with your order reference. Refunds go back to the card you paid with; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show them.
